CAKE!!!!

I just made this cake:
Double chocolate cake topped with a salted chocolate ganache. A silver ribbon wrapped around it. Totally squeal worthy. The cake recipe is from the Miette cookbook, and is probably my favourite chocolate cake recipe. I love this ganache. For the first time working with ganache, I think I did pretty well. Do you like Ganache?

Miette

Hi everybody! This post is all about a cookbook I got and have enjoyed, Miette. The first thing you will notice is that everything is much smaller than your typical bakery; almost everything is about 6". This makes everything much cuter that your typical cakes. Here are some pictures:
